IVOS Senegal is a Senegalese company founded in April 2019, with 58% local ownership. The team has 16 employees, all Senegalese. Our industrial site is located in the Kiniabour/Kignabour area, near the future port of Ndayane, on a 4.5-hectare site.
Our strategy: invest in clean technologies, maximize waste recovery and reduce extra costs for our clients while lowering the carbon footprint.
Incinerator equipped with an eco-friendly flue gas scrubber reducing acid gases, halogens and dust. Scrubber water is kept at pH > 9 and treated on site.
Process by heating to 400°C in a rotary drum, turning material into pyrolysis oil, syngas (reused for heating) and paraffin. Capacity: 5 t/day.
Collection, repurchase and delivery to specialized recyclers. Mainly used for local reinforcing bars manufacturing.
No additional cost (excluding transport) and delivery to local recyclers. A new recycling plant is under construction nearby.
